HOMEROOM
CHALLENGES
Run challenges in conjunction with morning P.A. Announcements to stimulate
interest in Homeroom and Announcements. Remember, if you give things out that
can be done in advance, staff and students will do better.
Award points for each contest and post the results in a main area of the school
in the same manner that sports results are done. Give a Homeroom prize away at
the end of the season.
***Always send out an attractive answer page reflective of the event, eg.

NAME THAT

part way through, ie. That is song # 5, here are the remaining 5. Use each day
of the week for a different era of music. You can also do Name that Christmas
Carol.
*** Name That Tune is always popular with students and staff, so provide
opportunities for all to participate and win.
