teachers to use in planning and implementing successful and creative intramural
programs.
The nationwide Student Leadership Development Program, which is aimed at
teachers and students alike, is specifically designed to:
- help students learn how to plan, organize and operate their own
intramural and recreation programs with increasing autonomy and pride;
- empower students to have a positive impact on the climate of the school;
- give students the knowledge and know-how which will enable them to
develop organizational and interpersonal skills.
The framework for the
Student Leadership Development Program is a flexible system of resource tools.
